Signed up but not receiveing our Newsletter?

Steps to take to ensure our emails are not blocked by your email provider!

Although you have signed up to our newsletter, certain emails do get automatically blocked by email providers no matter how genuine they are. Choose your email provider / system from the following and take the relevant steps listed to ensure you receive our newsletter in your desired inbox. Please note, taking the following steps should not affect other mail or security settings on your computer.

 

Hotmail & Windows Live Users

–          If our emails are being marked as ‘Junk Email’

–          Click on ‘Options’ in the top right hand corner in the screen and then click on ‘More Options’

–          Under ‘Junk Email’ click on ‘Safe and blocked senders’ then click ‘Safe Mailing Lists’

–          Type info@ventispropertyinvestment.com to the blank field and click on ‘add to list’

 

Yahoo Webmail

–          If our emails are being marked as ‘Junk Email’ or being forwarded directly to the Junk Folder

–          Click on ‘Options’ in the top right hand corner in the screen and then click on ‘Filters’

–          Click on ‘Add’ button and give the filter a name in the ‘From header contains’ field as info@ventispropertyinvestment.com

–          Choose a folder where you want your emails directed to such as ‘Inbox’ and then click ‘Add filter’

 

GMAIL

–          If our emails are being sent directly to your ‘Spam’ Folder simply click on the ‘Spam’ button on the left hand side of the screen

–          Click on one of the emails received by info@ventispropertyinvestment.com or appearing as from ‘Alpha Property Investment’

–          Simply click on the ‘Not Spam’ button towards the top of the screen.

 

 

AOL Webmail

–          If our emails are not reaching you at all, go to ‘Mail controls’ and then ‘Sender Filter’ and ‘Edit’

–          Under the ‘My Sender Filter’ click ‘Use a custom sender list’

–          Choose the option ‘Block all senders and domains listed below or allow only the sender and domains listed below’.

–          Add info@ventispropertyinvestment.com to the allowed list then click ‘Save’ to update changes.

 

Other & Miscellaneous Webmail or ISP providers

–          Simply add info@ventispropertyinvestment.com to your contact list or your ‘safe / known senders’ list.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are using Outlook:

–          If our emails are being marked as ‘Junk Email’ or being automatically directed to the Junk Email Folder simply go to the ‘Tools’ menu and select ‘Options’

–          Once in ‘Options’, click on the ‘Preferences’ tab, then click the ‘Junk Email’ button

–          Click on ‘Safe Senders then click ‘Add’

–          Type in info@ventispropertyinvestment.com into the box that says ‘Enter an email address or internet domain name’ and then click ‘OK’

 

 

If you have Security Filtering Software in place:

If you are using a special security filtering software there is a chance our emails will not reach you. Such programs are McAfree, FilterSpam, SpamWasher, SpamKiller, CAWebsiteInspector, MailWasherPro to name a few. All of these have slightly different menus, but the key is to open the security program that you are running on your PC and specify that emails from info@ventispropertyinvestment.com are safe and to be allowed to be delivered to your inbox.

 

If you do not fall in the above categories and / or you are experiencing difficulties in receiving our emails we recommend opening a free webmail account at www.hotmail.com , www.yahoo.com or www.gmail.com.
